This is the best Tamanohikari junmai daiginjo which is used 100 % of the cultivated sake using an organic fertilizer of the originated brewer's rare rice "Bizen Omachi". Junmai daiginjo is luxurious alcohol which is brewed from rice grains milled to seimai buai 50% and more among the pure rice sake without using the brewing alcohol. "Bizen Omachi" has 45 % of the cultivated taste.
Seimai buai is a ratio indicating the quantity of polished rice gained from a given quantity of brown rice. The closer it gets to the core of rice, the better sake will be made. It will be a great gift and for any occasions like celebrations.
